Walkthrough
Start and Getting onto the Ship
Talk to Lokar Searunner to begin the quest, if you do not have the required stats/quests he will tell you to go away. Lokar will gripe about the Fremenniks a little bit and talk about how he became a pirate. He will mention the Moon Clan, a mystical group with a great understanding in magic. Anyways, you agree to go there and try to establish peace between the Fremenniks and the Moon Clan, as they have been at war for a long time. He will tell you to go to Brundt the Chiefton to get a Seal of Passage, keep this with you while you’re doing the quest. Go back to Lokar and head out to the Pirate’s Cove, climb the ladders and board the ship.
The Jinxed Ship
Talk to the captain and explain your buisness, tell him that you’re ready to go. There will be a short cutscene in which the ship will sail in a circle, you’ll get roped into finding out what went wrong. The captain will suggest to talk to the navigator, head down one of the nearby ladders and talk to ‘Birds-Eye’ Jack. He’ll be no help what so ever and will tell you to talk to the captain. He says that your suspician of the navigator, that he did it, is wrong and that you should talk to him. Again. This time Jack suggests that a jinx was put on the ship or a crew member, once again talk to the captain.
Talk to ‘Eagle-eye’ Shultz and he will give you information about jinxes, talk to the chef. He will say that a feast took place, a feast with drinks. Maybe one of the members of the Moon Clan was offended by a drunken pirate? ‘Lecherous’ Lee says that the first mate dissapeared during the feast, talk to First Mate ‘Davey-boy’, he’s one level down from Lee. He says that he went to the ship to do a routine check, a check that was supposed to be done by the (missing) cabin boy. Walk back up to the top area of the ship and talk to the cabin boy.
Removing the Jinx
It was him! A Moon Clan girl got him to paint magical symbols all around the ship so that it would be jinxed! The cabin boy will give you an emerald lens and a bulls-eye lantern, use the lens on the lantern to get an “Emerald lantern”. Use your trusty tinderbox on the lantern to light it. Now for the symbols.
1. Cannon on the east side of the ship at the top level with the cabin boy and Lee. Use your lit Emerald lantern on the cannon to find the symbol and choose the “Rub away” option.
2. Wallchart on the northwest wall in the room with the first mate. Again, Use Emerald lantern with Wallchart and rub away.
3. Chest in the room with a whole lot of chests and crates at the north end (and lowest level) of the ship. Rub it out of existence!
4. Support on the lowest level, the most southern one. You can’t right-click on the support to “examine” it but you can use your lantern with it.
5. Tall Crate just east of ‘Beefy’ Burns, the cook. This is the last symbol you have to clean.
Lunar Isle
Finally, you’re at the Lunar Isle, home of the Moon Clan. Remember to keep your Symbol of Passage on or in your inventory at all times when you’re on the Lunar Isle. Walk up to the village and a cutscene will take place. Before you do anything, head to the northwest side of the village (not in the fenced area) and talk to the cabin boy, it’s pretty funny what he says.
Talk to Meteora, in the southwestern end of the village, and she will mention the Onerimancer. She hangs around the southeastern section of the island. Walk back to the entrance and walk south. Keep heading southeast and talk to the Onerimancer, she’s next to the Astral Altar. You will discuss the possibility for peace between the two tribes, you will agree to do a ritual. You will need three things, a Potion of Waking Sleep, a Lunar Staff, and a set of Lunar Travelling Clothes.
The Potion of Waking Sleep
Head back north into the village and go to the northern end with the “chicken house”. Walk into it and talk to Baba Yaga for information about the potion. She will tell you that you need a Guam Leaf, a Marrentill, and a (ground) Suqah Tooth. Get the herbs and go kill one of the Suqahs for their tooth. There’s one just north of the village’s entrance. Keep the hide it drops, you’ll need it for later. Fill your special vial with water and use the the ingredients with it. In order: Guam Leaf, Marrentill, Ground Suqah Tooth. Head back down to the Onerimancer and give her your “Waking sleep vial”.
The Lunar Staff
The Oneiromancer will tell you that you need a dramen staff for making a lunar one. She will also tell you that you will need to use it on all four elemental altars. You must do it in this order: Air, Fire, Water, Earth. Get out your talismans/tiaras and head to the different altars with your dramen staff(s).
• Air Altar: South of Falador
• Fire Altar: North of Al-Kharid/next to the Duel Arena
• Water Altar: Lumbridge Swamp
• Earth Altar: Just south of the lumber yard, northeast of Varrock
When you have your Lunar Staff(s) made, go back to the Onerimancer for the next step.
Lunar Clothing
Helmet
Go to the northeastern side of the island and head into the cave there. Walk over to the place with the 2 gold rocks and mine one of the stalagmites for a Lunar ore. Smelt the ore into a bar and smith it into a Lunar Helm. Both of these are in Rellekka so go back and board the ship, sail back, smith the helm, sail back, and prepair for getting the rest of the clothing.
Body, Legs, Gloves, and Boots
Talk to Rimae Sirsalis in the clothing store just south of the bank and ask about the ceremonial clothes. She will tell you that you can make the torso, trousers, gloves, and boots out of Suqah hides. Go out and kill 3 more Suqahs for their hides and tan them for 100gp each, a total of 400. Get your needle and some thread (you can buy some from Rimae if you don’t have any) and make the four items out of 1 hide each.
Cape
Talk to Pauline Polaris and she’ll offer to give you the cape, if you can guess her name. Say Pauline and she’ll say that that’s just an alias, you’ll have to guess her real name.
_ane (rhymes with wood)-(rhymes with magic)-(rhymes with spade)
Jane Blud-Hagic-Maid is the answer. No wonder she goes by Pauline.
Ring
Talk to Selene and ask about the ring. She will say that it is buried somewhere around the island and will give you a clue. “From water’s source you should follow, crossing the western-most bridge and travelling further south-westerly to a bloom of blue.”
Amulet
Talk to Meteora and she’ll say that she lost her lucky tiara and that a Suqah has it. Go kill a Suqah and give her the tiara it drops. She’ll give you the amulet as a reward.
The Dream World
Give the clothing to the Onerimancer and she will give you all of the items that you’ve given her, provided you have the bank space. Head over to the bank and get your best axe (ie rune), a tinderbox, and food. Go to the ceremonial brazier that’s in town, use the potion on the kindling, light the brazier use the kindling on the lit brazier. Talk to the Ethereal Man/Woman and walk over to the platform that you can “step-on”.
Depending on which platform you stepped on, you’ll go to a different game-ish thingy. The eastern, and closest to the book, one is a race.
Obstacle Race: “The Race is On!”
Talk to the Ethereal Expert to begin this challenge. You’ll have to take the right, curvy lane and he’ll take the left, straight lane. Just do each obstacle as they come, each failed obstacle does damage so try not to die. That’s what food is for though. When you beat him you will be teleported/sprung/whatevered out of the island and back to the main one. Talk to the Ethereal Man/Woman again. Head north to the blue one next.
Dream Tree Chopping: “Chop, Chop, Chop Away!”
Talk to the Ethereal Perceptive for this one. This one is a woodcutting challenge in which you have to chop down the dream trees and stack the logs in the center. You must get 20 logs stacked before the Ethereal Perceptive does. Run to the other side and start choppin da troys, err chopping the trees. Do at least four logs in one trip and you will have no problems. Once again, talk again about what you learned. Go to the next platform on the northwest side.
Cloud Hopping: “Where am I?”
The Ethereal Guide will tell you what to do here, you must get to the other side by hopping across the dream puffs. If you fall you will appear back at the first section of this island and will have to try again. You will not take damage if you fall. Use trial and error to complete this, try writing a series of numbers that represent the different rows and what ones to jump to, 1 would be the eastern row, 2 would be the next row, 3 the next, and 4 the last. Example: 3321111233322. Talk about the lesson again and head to the southwestern platform for the next challenge.
Dice Rolling: “A Game of Chance!”
Talk to the Ethereal Fluke and he will explain what to do. When he calls a number, you have to roll the dice to make it so that the top faces add up to the number called. IE 15=6+4+2+1+1+1
The dice have a selected set of numbers that they can roll so choose your numbers carefully.
• Eastern End can roll: 4, 3
• Middle Two can roll: 6, 1
• Western End can roll: 5, 2
Do this five times to complete the challenge. Once again talk and go to the next platform.
Fun With Emotes: “Anything you can do…”
Talk to the Ethereal Mimic to begin. He will do an emote which you have to copy, then he will teleport across the island and you will have to run to and talk to him. Again, he does an emote, you copy, he teles, repeat. Do this a couple times and you will complete the challenge. Talk about what you learned and head to the next platform, it’s right next to the one that you were at.
Number Patterns: “Communicating in Numbers.”
Talk to the Ethereal Numerator to begin.. Your job is to figure out the next number in the sequence. IE: 1, 3, 5, _, _ would be 1+2=3, 3+2=5, 5+2=7, and 7+2=9 so it would be 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. Complete 5 to finish the challenge.
The Final Challenge
You will be transported to an island with two dream troImeantrees on it. There will be an NPC named “Me”, it is level 79. You must defeat… you. Right. Beat him and you’ll end up next to the Etheareal Man/Woman again, talk and read the book to be transported back to reality. Talk to the Onerimancer again to complete the quest!
Extra notes
If you lose your lunar clothing, you can buy a new set from the Onerimancer again. To switch between your normal spell book and the Lunar one, pray at the Astral Altar. You can also craft Astral Runes at the Astral Altar using pure essence, level 40 Runecrafting required. You do not need an Astral Talisman (there isn’t one anyway) to craft them as the altar is out in the open.

A Coordinate Clue will be in a Clue Scroll form like any other normal Clues. You will see something like “02 Degrees 48 Minutes North, 22 Degrees 30 Minutes East” To solve these types of Clues, you will have to have four important things in your inventory at all times while attempting it. The four items are:
1) Watch
2) Sextant
3) Navigation chart
4) Spade
To start with, you must have a co-ordinate clue in your inventory or bank when you go and do this, and can’t have a chart already in your bank. Once you have a co-ordinate clue, head down South-West of Ardougne (or north of castle wars) to the houses just north of the Observatory and speak to the Observatory Professor. Ask him to help you with your Treasure Trail Clue and he will tell you to get a Watch and a sextant. Then ask him about the chart.
To obtain the Watch, speak to Brother Kojo, who is in the Clock Tower, located south of Ardougne’s Zoo.
To obtain the sextant, speak to Murphy, who is the Trawler Guide in Port Khazard, located North-East of Yanille.
Once you have received these two items, go back to the Observatory Professor and talk to him. He will brief you regarding the usage of the sextant and he will also hand you a Navigation Chart.
Using your sextant, Watch and Navigation Chart:
Click on your sextant to show the sextant Display.
Click on the up and down arrows until you have the horizon in the middle of the eyepiece.
Click the left and right arrows to move the sun to the center of the eyepiece as well.
When your eyepiece looks like the one at the bottom, click “Get location” to know your exact Coordinate you are standing at now.
Move around accordingly to find the place you are required to go and use your spade to dig at that position.
When you are attempting a Level 3 Coordinate Clue that involves the Wilderness, a Zamorak Wizard will appear when you try to dig at the location. High level clues that are not in the wilderness may cause a Saradomin Wizard to appear. You must kill the wizard and dig at that spot again to receive your next Clue Scroll or your reward.
Zybez has created a tool to make finding the location for a co-ordinate clues a breeze! Simply enter in the co-ordinates and Zybez will give you the exact location to dig to receive your next clue! Go to the Coordinate Locator tool page to take advantage of this utility.

Question: Where can I get Blue Wizards robe (top)?
Answer: You have to kill Wizards, which will drop them. The drop rate of these robes is random.
Question: If my Smithing is level 1, can I Superheat rune ores and coal ores to make rune bars?
Answer: No, you still need the appropriate Smithing level when using superheat item spell.
Question: How much money do I lose when I alch yew longbows?
Answer: On average, you will be losing approximately 80 to 100 gp per alch, however this can vary depending on how much you buy the supplies for.
Runescape easy money Method 1: Go to Port Sarim, west of Draynor village, and ask one of the people in the blue uniforms to go to Karamja and pay them 30 GP. When you get there, walk off the dock and you should see a house. Enter the house and talk to a man named Luthas. He will ask you to pick bananas. Answer “Yes”, pick bananas, put them in the crate, then talk to Luthas to collect your moderately earned 30 GP. If you would like more money in multiples of 30, ask him to get another 30 GP for doing the job again. Stay here for a long time if you need to spend several thousand on items..
Runescape easy money Method 2: For easy money and thieving skill (members only), go to Ardougne where the stalls are located. Behind the bakers stall are two houses. You can pick their locks. Go to the one with no upstairs. Enter and search for traps on the chest and you will get ten gp. Go out the door. Pick the lock again and search for traps on the chest once more. Keep doing this and you will have fast thieving skill and money at the same time.
Runescape easy money Method 3: Get to level 20 mining and smithing Go to Varrok and mine iron, then go to a smelter and smelt them into bars. You may have to do this repeatedly, as ore only smelts 50% of time. Then, go to back to Varrok and smith the bars into short swords. Sell them in market or at the sword shop. Do this repeatedly to get a good amount money. This is useful for low level players.
Runescape easy money Method 4: When at level 35, fight Black Knights. They drop runes, sapphires, rubies, and gold. Get as many runes as possible, then go to the center of Varrock and sell them. Let them make the price.
Runescape easy money Method 5: Get your character’s mining level up to level 38 by mining iron, etc. Then, go to the Barbarian Village and mine coal from the rocks, which you can sell for 100 to 300 GP per piece. You will also occasionally find a gem (from least valuable to most, sapphire, emerald, ruby, diamond) which can be sold for good prices.
Runescape easy money Method 6: Get your smithing and mining levels up to 40 and mine gold in the Lessers Pits on Karajama Island. However, be careful of the level 21 skeletons. There are five rocks, so on a good night when no one is on, you can hit them in a row making your trip very easy. You can usually get 25 gold ore that becomes 25 gold bars. Put them into certs and sell for 1k a gold cert.
Runescape easy money Method 7: Mine and smith until you are at level 20 at both. Make Bronze Bars and turn them into things at an Anvil such as: a 2-H, Mail Plate Body, Skirt, or Kite Shield and sell them at the market for good prices. You can also do this with Mithril, Runite (not Rune), Adamantite, Iron, and Steel.
Runescape easy money Method 8: Go to Chaos Temple. Kill monks and take the Steel Maces. Sell them to the Mace Store in Falador for 138 gp. Do this repeatedly to get levels and money quickly.
Runescape easy money Method 9: Go to Varrock. Kill the level 21 guards there to get skill levels and up to 30 gp.
Runescape easy money Method 10: Go to Lumbridge on any World (1-13, etc.) and go to the house where the Goblins (level 7) respawn. There are two fishing spots there. If there are people fishing, they will usually drop Raw Salmon and Raw Trout which you can cook (if your cooking level is high enough) and sell in the general store for 10 to 30 gp.
Runescape easy money Method 11: Put all your items in the bank (including weapons and armor). Go to the Red Spider fortress in the wilderness. Ggo inside and dash for the Steel Legs or Gold Ore. If you die, you will keep the Ore and Legs and lose nothing. For higher levels, try getting three before dying or stocking up all the way before leaving.
Runescape easy money Method 12: Kill farmers, men, muggers, and thieves to get small amounts of money ranging from 3 gp to 20 gp. You can find people to kill in the inns.
Runescape easy money Method 13: Get your smithing level to 25 and your mining level to at least 15. Then. go to Falador Mine at the mining site behind the Falador Castle. Get iron and go to the furnace. Then. go to Dorics (the little dwarf) and smith battle axes and other items such as square shields and long swords, which all sell over 50 gp each at the general store. Do this repeatedly to get easy money. Note: Sleep in the bed near Wayne’s Chains.
Runescape easy money Method 14: Get your magic level up to 55 (high level alchemy) and buy a Runeite Medium for 8,000 to 10,000 gp. Use it on the Runeite Medium to get 11,500 gp. Buy another Runeite Medium and repeat those steps to get easy money. Note: This spell uses five Fire Runes and one Nature Rune. It is recommended that you get a Staff of Fire if you plan on doing this.
Runescape easy money Method 15: There are about seven spawn points for coins. In the wilderness, go to the Dark Warrior’s castle and kill them until you get the Rare Black Mace and Black Medium Helmet, which both sell for a lot of gp. Get your crafting up to level 40 and make all kinds of jewelry, which also sell for a lot of money. Make Strength Potions and sell them by the wilderness in Varrock for 1,000 gp. Also make food and sell by the wilderness.
Runescape easy money Method 16: Go to Karamja Isle and to where the people fish. Poeple will fish lobsters and swordfish until they cannot carry anymore. They will drop the fish. Take lots of lobsters and swordfish. You can make these into Certs in Draynor, and sell Swordie Certs for 2,000 gp.
Runescape easy money Method 17: To get easy money and weapons go by Lumbridge. You will find a house full of goblins. In that room will be an Iron Dagger that respawns. Get it, go to the store, and sell it for 4 to 20 gp or use it as a weapon.
Runescape easy money Method 18: Go to the house outside of Lumbridge and collect Iron Daggers on World 13. Also, defeat Goblins for items that can be sold or gold, which is common. Sell the daggers for 14 gold or less at the market.
Runescape easy money Method 19: Get your mining level up to 30. Mine coal and you can make them into certificates and trade them for 1,000 GP each.
Are you fed up of trying to be heard above a crowded Varrock Marketplace? Are you tired of organising to meet players who want to trade with you? Do you just want to get on with the things you enjoy, rather than standing around, hoping that someone wants your full splitbark armour?
If the answer is “yes” to any of those questions, then Brugsen would like to direct you to his marvellous new Grand Exchange! This huge establishment is home to a RuneScape first - an item marketplace - where members and free players can buy or sell a huge range of items.
Using the Exchange couldn’t be any easier:
Bring items you wish to sell or money to buy stuff with.
Speak to one of the Grand Exchange clerks to either put items up for sale or to make a bid on any items.
The clerks will take your items or money and look for a matching bid/sale to match you up with.
You may have to wait for your bid to be accepted or for the clerks to find a purchaser - then again, it could happen in moments!
You will receive a message when the trade has been completed and you can go to the Grand Exchange or any bank to pick up your purchases or money.
Members are able to make six offers for sale or purchase at any one time, while free-to-play adventurers can have two. To make best use of these, Brugsen has advised his clerks to accept stacked and noted items; for example, 1,000 cut diamonds would only take up one slot, allowing you to make five other trades at any time!
The clerks also have the ability to convert armour into ’sets’, which will only take up one slot. To find a list of the armour types that can be made into ’sets’, visit the Knowledge Base article.
Market Prices in the Grand Exchange:
There is a limit to the amount you can buy or sell items for in the Grand Exchange, which is generally set at 5% above and below the ‘market price’, and it is impossible to buy outside of these boundaries. This will create a stable economy that cannot be abused by players who seek to manipulate prices to the disadvantage of others.
The market price is affected by any trade that occurs in the Exchange. If an item frequently sells for more than the market price then it will rise in value, but if it consistently sells for less than the market price then it will go down.
Initial market prices for items were decided after extensive research by Brugsen and his market experts, so should be very close to the item costs you are used to.
This market price will not only be used in the Grand Exchange. You will find that the value of staked items in the Duel Arena will also change, as will the player stock in the shops of RuneScape.
Keep an eye on item values to make sure you are buying or selling at the correct time. Reading the market and anticipating when it will go up or go down is an art in itself! However, the alchemy value of items is NOT affected. So, whatever you do, DON’T go high-alching your party hat! You’ll still only get 1 gp, and you wouldn’t like that…
For more details on the Grand Exchange and market prices, chat to Brugsen or the Grand Exchange Tutor for a tutorial. There is also a lot of information and some FAQs on the Grand Exchange Knowledge Base page.
——————————————————————————–
In other news…
When buying items from the ‘player stock’ tab in shops, prices will now be based on whichever is highest: the predefined prices or the Grand Exchange price. This change is necessary because the shops were a way that players could covertly transfer wealth. Selling items into shops or buying from the ‘main stock’ tab in shops will still be based on our predefined prices, though some shops have had slight changes to the prices that they will buy and sell items at.
Due to player feedback, we’ve added a fifth registrar to the duel tournaments. We’ve also adjusted the tournament ranks at which you can join up for them. Hopefully, you should find that starting your career in duel tournaments is a little easier and the majority of players will have access to two registrars, pitting them against players of a more suitable level.
The duel tournament worlds have also been adjusted. Please check the world list for the latest worlds which tournaments are running on.
The minimum tournament rank to get on the Hiscores has been reduced to 1,800 so more players can track their progress. If you don’t initially appear, you will have to login if you have a rank above 1,800.
Free Runescape Money Making Guide
OK I figured that since there are already quite a few Runescape money making guides out there that are charging people to read essentially what should I feel should be free knowledge to Runescape players I felt I should write a quick, easy and free Runescape money making guide after I read one of the money making guides that people are actually charging for the other day.
Basics Tips for Making Money in Runescape
OK I will keep to the general theme of merchanting to make money in Runescape. If you don??t know what merchanting is then a quick explanation is you are the middleman between buyers and sellers. How do you make money out of being the middleman? Essentially you buy low and you sell high, buy in small quantities and sell in high quantities. Why sell in high quantities? Well in a nutshell the reason you can charge a higher price for items in large quantities (assuming there is demand for large quantities of that item) is because there are people out there that would prefer to pay a bit extra for Runescape items rather than waste what can be hours looking for loads of different sellers of the item. So essentially you are making your money because you??re providing people the convenience of selling in bulk. Now unfortunately much like in real life takes money to make money in Runescape with merchanting. Why? Because the basic premise of merchanting really requires you to be able to stock up on items and when your money is invested in items you can??t take advantage of other good offers that might be going on, and often some items take awhile to sell, especially if you are looking for a good price and this means that your money will be tied up in these items for quite awhile and if you money is tied up that means that you ability to merchant is effective no existent. That said a good merchant really tried to merchant items that they can buy and sell quickly so that they don??t get caught in this very trap.
Runescape Money Making Tips
Now when it comes to making money in Runescape via merchanting here are a few tips you could use to help make more money:
Be Patient: Wait for the right price when both buying and selling.
Keep Cash on Hand: You never know when a good deal is going to pop up out of the blue.
Calculator: You will be making lots of trades and a calculator also helps for quickly working out prices.
Poor Investments: A merchant requires money at all times so you shouldn??t invest your money in personal items or long term investments unless you have enough money to continue merchanting.
Become a Member: Members of Runescape are generally more willing to pay higher prices for items because they generally get better returns from their items, so being able to sell to members and to merchant members items helps.
Start Small but Build Big: Start out with a couple of items that you are familiar with and over time build your contacts and slowly expand into other industries. When it comes to merchanting being a jack of all trades doesn??t help.
Focus: When you focus on one or two industries you can build a lot more contacts in terms of buyers and sellers and you will be able to move your products faster and in higher quantities and you will make more money.

Free Runescape Money Making Guide ?C Money Making Business
This is probably the most important part of this free Runescape money making guide. Now it is one thing to buy low and sell high but good deals are not always going to come your way and where you can make the real money is setting up somewhat of a Runescape business, and by this I mean rather than making one off trades with other Runescape players you should attempt to setup ongoing supply of items at the cheap prices and then you should try and build contacts with people that looking to permanently buy larger quantities of these materials. So essentially what you do is start building relationships with the players that are willing to supply you raw materials for cheap prices whilst building relationships with permanent buyers. As the old saying goes in business, it??s not what you know, it is who you know, this is true in Runescape money making as well. So keep in contact with your buyers and sellers, this way you can continue to make money from people that you know rather than having to seek out new deals all the time. Then with time you will build your list of contacts and names, and these become your business contacts. You should also probably keep a list of contacts that written down in a notepad as well for different buyers and sellers for different items so that you can continue to build this list of contacts and remember who buys what and at how much for so when you run out of friend spaces in Runescape you can continue to add new contacts to your business contacts list. You should keep this list in a safe place as well and try to keep it up to date and accurate because at the end of the day this will soon become an extremely valuable list of contacts, something you definitely don??t want to lose or slip into the wrong hands either.

Anyway that is my brief but free Runescape money making guide on how to become a Runescape merchant I hope you enjoyed it.
Well for many players of Runescape there are two main desires; one is to be very skilled; two is to be very rich. Now developing skills takes time but becoming wealthy in the game of Runescape doesn??t necessarily require you to be a high level. So how do the majority of players go about gaining Runescape Gold?
Well for most it is a method of playing the game and working out how to make money by developing skills that can earn good amounts of Runescape money in comparison to the time invested. For others they have developed a keen sense of the Runescape markets and managed to provide a service of buying and selling major raw and processed materials that are in high demand and supply. This means of making Runescape gold is referred to as merchanting and loads of information about how to go about earning gold in this way can be found in free Runescape gold guides that are on many Runescape fan sites and forums. Even with the availability of free Runescape gold guides there are also many Runescape gold guides for sale on the internet, though from my experience none are really worth the money if you have been playing for a couple of months and have reviewed a few of the free guides to making Runescape gold on Runescape fan sites and forums.
Buying Cheap Runescape Gold
The increasing alternative that many Runescape players appear to be opting for is buying cheap Runescape gold from online gold selling stores. These Runescape gold sellers sell millions of Runescape gold for real world money. Whilst this is in breach of Jagex??s terms of use it hasn??t stopped the sale of Runescape gold from such stores continuing. According to many this industry of MMO gold selling, including games like Runescape, is now a multi-million dollar industry with an estimated half a billion dollars worth of sales for the 2005/2006 financial year.
Whilst I don??t support players buying Runescape gold, it is obviously a growing option but the big question of whether it is worth it is dependant on your position within life and in Runescape. I mean if you have a full or part time job and are looking to really start enjoying Runescape without spending the first few weeks of your Runescape career scrapping together a few thousand Runescape gold pieces to buy yourself iron amour; then for as little as $10 you could get yourself a million Runescape gold pieces and be well onto your way to really leveling some of those skills and building your own ability to earn Runescape gold via playing the game.
Alternatively if you are already a fairly experience player with a 100k in your bank, you might be well advise to look into some of the free Runescape gold making guides available to turn that 100k into a few million. Either way I??d probably properly research the ways of making Runescape gold from free fan sites and guide sites before I headed off to buy a Runescape millions guide or one like it.
