Construction

Skill guides » Construction

Intro
Construction is a flexible members-only skill that allows players to build their very own house, and add items such as chairs, tables, decoration etc to it. Items can be sold to fellow players. Constructing your house is not only fun and easy, but is also beneficial to many other skills.

Construction is by far the most expensive skill in RuneScape. If you want to start training this skill, you should have more than 500K, but for the more serious trainers, millions of GP is advised.

The basics
Starting
To start building a house, you need to buy a plot of land. This costs 1,000 gp and can be bought from any Estate agent:
• East of the Varrock Palace [map]
• Falador between the furnace and East bank [map]
• Seers’ Village north-east of the Bank [map]
• Ardougne, north-west of the south-eastern bank [map]

The Estate agent will later provide you with new decoration styles for your house, and he can move your house to another location.

Visiting your house
Your first house is located just north of Rimmington. To access it, you have to go through the portal. There will be several options:

Option Use
Go to your house Teleports you to your house. This is the “visit mode”, you cannot build in this mode.
Go to your house (building mode) As the name suggests, this teleports you to your house in the building mode. This is the mode you need to be in if you want to build your house. People cannot visit your house if it is in building mode.
Go to a friend’s house Click this and enter the name of the friend’s username. The friend has to be logged on and be in their house.

You can also use the Teleport to house magic spell to teleport to your house.

Building your house
If you want to enter the building mode while you’re in the normal mode, click on the player controls button next to the jukebox button, and select “house options”. You can then set the building mode to “on”. Note that if you have a bank pin, you will need to enter it before you enter the building mode, unless you have done it earlier in a bank.

When you have entered your house in building mode, you will see lots of white, semi-transparent “Hotspots”. This is where you can build new rooms or furniture.

If you select the “build” option on a furniture hotspot, a “furniture creating menu” appears. This one is similar to the menu that appears when you are smithing. The menu shows you the items that can be built, the needed level and needed materials.

If you want to remove a piece of furniture to built a better one or just “power-level”, right-click on it and select remove while you’re in building mode. Some pieces of furniture can actually be upgraded without removing them first.

Similarly, if you want to make a new room, right-click on one of the door hotspots. A list of rooms appears, and you have to pay a certain amount of GP to make the room. It can also be removed like other objects. More info about rooms can be found in the rooms section of this guide.

The construction materials
NOTE: All materials can also be bought from fellow players.

Saw and hammer
The saw is needed when you’re using a plank, and you always need a hammer. The saw can be bought from the Sawmill operator, located north-east of Varrock. It costs 13 gp.

Nails
Nails are very important, mainly for lower levels, but are less used when you get higher level. Nails can be bent when you’re using them. Better nails and higher construction level will result in less bent nails. Nails are made in smithing.

Planks
The planks are also one of the most important materials in your house. There are 4 types of planks:
• Normal planks
• Oak planks
• Teak planks
• Mahogany planks
Planks cannot be made by players. To make them, get the logs, and go to the sawmill operator located north-east of Varrock.

Cloth
Cloth is needed for curtains, beds etc. You can only get them from the sawmill operator for ~650 gp.

Other items
There are a wide range of other items that are used in construction, such as Limestone bricks, Marble blocks, iron bars, clay etc. Many of these items can be bought from the Stonemason in Keldagrim, and some of them can be made in the smithing skill.

Other info
• If you die in your house, you will spawn outside the portal. You will not lose any items.
• Your portal can be locked by right-clicking on it and select “lock”. No-one will be able to enter your house if it’s locked.
• If your private chat is set to “friends”, only people that are in your friends list can enter your house.

Portraits and maps are quest-related, and you have to complete quests to get certain maps or portraits.

The servants
The servants cook food for you and your friends, go to the bank and bring items to help you build, and the best servants can even go to the sawmill and get planks from your logs.

To hire the servants, go to the Servants’ Guild north of the main square in East Ardougne. Different servants requires different construction levels. They also need to be paid. You have to pay them when you hire them, and then give them their wage on a regular basis. Their wage is the same as the price you hired them for.

Level 1 - Garden
The garden is one of two areas you can build at level 1. When you start with your first house, you will by default have a garden with a portal. This portal cannot be removed, as you need to have at least one portal in your house.

If you make more gardens, there will be a hotspot called “Centrepiece” where the portal is in your first garden area.

Hotspots:
• Centrepiece
• Big Tree
• Tree
• Small Plant 1
• Small Plant 2
• Big Plant 1
• Big Plant 2
• Room

The items
NOTE: if you’re planting, you will gain the same amount of XP to farming too. So if you gain 50 construction XP on a tree, you also gain 50 farming XP.

Level 1 - Parlour
The parlour is one of two areas you can build at level 1, and it is the first room that you’ll be dealing with. When you enter your house for your first time, there will already be a parlour. It contains 3 chairs around a fireplace and some bookcases.

The fireplace can be lit with some logs and a tinderbox, and you can sit in the chairs enjoying the fire. The bookcases also contains books from quests you’ve done.

Hotspots
• Chair
• Rug
• Fireplace
• Curtain
• Bookcase

The items

——————————————————————————–

Level 5 - Kitchen
Once you reach level 5, you will be able to make a kitchen. Do so by clicking on a door hotspot, and select “Build”. Chose the Kitchen, and then rotate the room as you wish to have it. You will find the kitchen useful for cooking and improve your Cooking skill. You can even get unlimited supplies of some of the ingredients!

A sink can be built to get water, which can be used to get soft clay, thus helping you in the construction. The larder gives unlimited supplies of a few ingredients, but when you’re building better larders, you will get more ingredients. You can also add a barrel, which gives you an unlimited supply of the chosen drink. Lastly, there is a place made specially for your cat.

Hotspots
• Cat basket
• Stove
• Shelf
• Sink
• Barrel
• Larder
• Table

The items

——————————————————————————–

Level 10 - Dining Room
When you have a kitchen, you most likely need a dining room too. Once your reach level 10, you will get the ability to build it. It costs 5000 gp.

In the centre of the dining room, there is a large table with two benches. You can ask your servant to serve you and your visitors some food here, or you can serve it yourself. Like the parlour, you also have a fireplace, and as a new feature, you can now decorate the room too.

Hotspots
• Curtains
• Fireplace
• Table
• Bench
• Decoration
• Bell pull

The items

Click to view a list of furniture that can be added to your diningroom

——————————————————————————–

Level 15 - Workshop
Once you reach level 15 construction, you can build a workshop for 10,000 gp. Unlike the other rooms, you can make items here, thus earning money. The central to this room is the workbench, where you do most of your work.

You can make flat-packed items here. This item will use the same materials as the items which would be made normally, and you get the same XP from them, but they are put in your inventory, so you can sell them to other players. Even if the player doesn’t have the required level to make an item, he can set up the flatpacked version on the hotspot.

The repair bench is also very useful. The basic benches allows you to repair broken arrows and staffs, but as your construction level increases, you will even be able to repair your barrows items! This is of course cheaper, but the price actually depends on your smithing level. At smithing level 1, the price will be nearly the same, but at level 99 smithing, it will be almost half the normal cost!

Another important hotspot in this room is the Heraldry hotspot. Here, you can paint your family crest on steel or rune full helms and kiteshields, and even on a banner. Some of these requires quests or levels, while others can be made by everyone.

The last thing you can do here, is clockmaking. Depending on your crafting level, you can make clockwork pieces or toys.

Hotspots
• Tool store
• Repair
• Heraldry
• Crafting table (clockmaking)
• Workbench

Heraldic items
Using the heraldry hotspot, you can make full helmets, shields and wieldable banners in your Family crest colours. You will either need a steel or rune item to make the full helmets and shields, and “normal” construction items for the banners.

Note that the items will look the same, regardless of if it is steel or rune, and you will also earn the same amount of Crafting XP for making them. The only difference is the stat bonuses.

Combat
Skill guides » Combat

Introduction
Combat is probably the biggest and most widely trained of all the skills in RuneScape, it’s a very useful skill. This guide will explain and help familiarize you with the collection of skills that we know as the combat skills. These skills play an important role in RuneScape; they are the focus of many mini-games and quests, and a big source of money and items for players. Without combat, how else would you be able to slay dragons, if you didn’t know how to fight?

This guide will go generally over combat; it will mainly focus on the melee aspect of it but will give a quick overview of Magic, Ranged and Prayer. To learn more about them, visit our skill guides section.

Combat Level and Combat Skills
Your combat level is an important thing in RuneScape, it can determine who you can and cannot attack in the Wilderness and it can gain/lose you respect among the community of players. The lowest combat level is 3. The highest is 126 in F2P and 138 in P2P, at level 99 in all of the combat skills.

Level Range / Colours
Other characters have, when you move your cursor over them, a name, a level, and a colour. That level is their combat level, the higher it is the more combat efficient they are and the better they would do in a fight. The colour is how much higher/lower combat level they are. Anyone less than 7 combat levels of your character will show up as a light green, anyone higher than 7 levels is a dark red. If someone is your level, they are a yellow. As a level approaches your level, it becomes more yellow. A person that’s just lower than you would be a yellow-green colour; someone just higher would be an orange.

Leveling Your Combat Level
Your combat is determined by these factors:
1. Hit Points level and Defence level
2. Prayer level
3. Summoning level (on member servers)
One of the following:
4. Attack level and Strength level
5. Ranged level
6. Magic level

As you level up in the combat skills, your combat level increases.

The Eight Combat Skills
Here are the eight combat skills, with a brief overview of each skill:

Attack
Attack effects how accurate your character is with a weapon, it also allows your character to wield better weapons.

Strength
Increasing your strength skill will increase how much damage your character can hit with a weapon. Some weapons, armour, and agility obstacles require strength to use.

Defence
Defence increases your character’s ability to dodge/block attacks, making them harder to hit. Armour requires a higher defence level to wear as the quality of the metal increases.

Hit Points
Your hit points, or HP, determine how much damage your character can take before (s)he dies. Death takes place when your character’s HP drops to 0. Food can replenish your HP and can be vital for survival, making food and good armor vital in some situations.

Ranged
A better ranged level allows you to equip and use better bows, better armor, and other ranged equipment. Ranged is like attack and strength combined, a higher level allows you to hit higher with ranged weaponry and makes you more accurate with it.

Magic
Increasing a magic level allows you to equip better (magic) armor, gain access to better spells, and have better accuracy with spells. Spells have a set max hit so increasing a magic level does not increase your maximum damage dealt with spells. It does, however, increase the ability to defend against spells.

Prayer
Prayer is sort of a self-support magic-ish skill; your character prays to one of the three RuneScape gods, Saradomin, Guthix, or Zamorak, for aid in battle. By activating a prayer, depending on the prayer’s effect, your character’s stats are increased, whether it be attack, strength, defence, range, or magic, for as long as that prayer remains active. Some prayers have different effects, three being the protection prayers, which give defence and resistance to the chosen combat style.

Summoning
Summoning is a members only skill, and will not affect your combat level if you are in a free world. Using this skill, you can summon familiars which will help you out in combat by fighting your opponents in multicombat areas. However, you will not earn experience in Hitpoints or any other skill by the damage dealt by your familiar, but they will still help you in Slayer assignments.

Combat Skill Training
Training your combat skills are easy, all you have to do is attack an enemy. Depending on how much damage you deal, you will get a certain number of XP. Now, if you were to ask a more specific question, such as “how do I train the strength skill”, you’d open up this menu, the attack style menu:

The different buttons on the menu will customize how your character attacks. Depending on which attack style is selected, your character will use a different style of attack (accurate style, aggressive style, etc), use a different type of attack (stab, slash, crush, etc), and get XP in a different skill. Using the previously mentioned question, “how do I train the strength skill”, you would select the “aggressive” style. It’s pretty self-explanatory. Here’s a chart for information on the different attack styles, what they train, and how much XP you will get.
Melee
Style Trains XP Formula
Accurate Attack (damage dealt) x 4
Aggressive Strength (damage dealt) x 4
Defensive Defence (damage dealt) x 4
Controlled All 3 skills (damage dealt) x 1.33
Ranged
Style Trains XP Formula
Accurate / Rapid Ranged (damage dealt) x 4
Longrange Ranged & Defence (damage dealt) x 2
Magic
Style Trains XP Formula
Accurate / Agressive Magic (Base Spell XP)* + (damage dealt) x 2
Defensive Magic & Defence (Base Spell XP) + (damage dealt) = Magic XP
Damage dealt = Defence XP
Any (melee, ranged or magic)
Style Trains XP Formula
Any Hitpoints (damage dealt) x 1.33
For information on the base spell XPs (the XP you always get if the spell is successful), check our Magic guide.

These aren’t really important to know but it might be handy to know these, granted you know what they mean. Remember, math isn’t a useless skill that you’ll never need. Pay attention in class.

Looking at the table, you’ll see that beside each attack style, it says what it trains. This is pretty self-explanatory, IE a “defensive” attack style will train defence XP, and an accurate trains attack. To end the question that many people wonder, “how do you get hitpoints XP”, you get it by dealing damage to an opponent. The table there pretty much says all you need to know about the attack styles.

Special Attacks
Some weapons, and all dragon weapons, have special attacks. A special attack is an attack or effect that has an effect, such as increased damage or a stat drain. Some of the specials increase your stats for a little while, as if you have drunk a potion. When you wield a weapon that has a special attack, and go to the attack styles menu, you should see this:

This is the special meter. When clicked on, your character should perform a special attack, granted you have enough energy. When a special attack is activated and used, a certain percent of the special meter will be drained. If part of the special meter is drained, it will slowly replenish its self until it is back at 100% of the meter.

Defenders
The defenders are a set of new off-hand items which are acquired at the Warriors’ Guild. They are an “off-hand weapon”, meaning that they are wielded in the shield slot. Defenders give a decent defence bonus to melee attacks, but a low (negative) defence against ranged and magic attacks. However, they add a good melee attack bonus to your attacks, and make you much more effective in combat against enemies with a large defence bonus. Higher quality defenders will also give a moderate strength bonus. Note that defenders need both an attack and a defence level to use, the metal and levels match the bronze-dragon scale. All defenders give the same stats in attack and defence.

Weapon Types
To increase your character’s combat efficiency, you must be able to weild and use better weapons. As the quality of the metal improves, weapons require a higher attack (and sometimes strength) level to use. Some weapons are faster than others, some have different attack styles, and some hit harder than others. You might, if you’re a member, be able to get a weapon with a special attack on it, an attack that does a special effect, like hitting twice or increased damage. It is important that you know what the differences are between weapons, and their different attributes and specialties.

Image Type Styles Speed
Dagger Stab, Slash
The dagger is the fastest melee weapon in the game, at the cost of power. Members can poison daggers and thus make them more effective.
Axe Slash, Crush
The axe is mainly used in woodcutting, but can be used as a weapon if need be. It is slower than a dagger but is a little bit more powerful.
Mace Stab, Crush
The mace has the same speed of an axe and has about the same power. Maces, however, have a bonus to prayer and can be decent in some situations. The dragon mace is better than normal since it has a special attack which increases the damage dealt by quite a bit. Maces have a “controlled” attack style.
Sword Stab, Slash
Short swords, or swords, are slightly slower but more powerful than a dagger. Like the dagger, it has a primary function of stab, but has a secondary slashing function. It has a “controlled” attack style.
Scimitar Stab, Slash
Though the scimitar can use a stabbing attack, it is much more of a slashing weapon. It has a “controlled” attack style and is a fast, semi-powerful weapon. Scimitars are a very popular, and cheap, weapon.
Longsword Stab, Slash
Longswords are a pretty balanced melee weapon. They have a decent power, a medium speed, and are pretty cheap. The longsword is usually the first dragon weapon that new members buy. Longswords have a “controlled” attack style.
Battle Axe Slash, Crush
Slower, and more powerful, than the longsword, the battle axe makes a good weapon for a warrior. It has a crushing attack which can be useful when attacking an opponent in platemail.
Warhammer Crush
Warhammers have the same speed and power as a battleaxe, but they are a crush only weapon. They make very good weapons when faced against an enemy clad in platemail.
Two-Handed Sword Slash, Crush
The Two-Handed Sword, or “2h”, is a very slow weapon. It makes up for the speed by its high power and accuracy. As it is a two-handed weapon, you cannot use a shield when weilding it, and vice-versa. It has a crushing function so it can stand up to platemail fairly well.
Claws Stab, Slash
Claws have the speed of and, are slightly more powerful than, a dagger. However, they are two-handed and are not poisonable. Unlike most rune weapons, the rune claws have a special attack. Claws are a member only item.
Spear Stab, Slash, Crush
Spears are very versatile. Their stats are the same in all three attack styles, stab, slash, and crush, and they have a “controlled” attack style. Spears are two-handed, and can be poisoned. On completion of the Tai Bwo Wannai quest, you can use a special poison on spears. Spears are a member only item.
Halberd Stab, Slash
Halberds are a very unique weapon. They are more accurate with the aggressive, slashing attack style than they are with the accurate, stabbing attack style. Black and up halberds require strength the weild, and they can attack from two spaces away, making them a very good weapon for killing things at a range. Halberds are two-handed and are a member only item.

Armour Types
Along with the large, 5 star menu of weaponry there comes a selection of armour. Each piece has its own strengths and weaknesses. Learning what these strengths and weaknesses of armour can give you an advantage in a battle. Like weapons, you’ll need a higher defence level to be able to wear armour made out of better types of metal.
Picture Name / Description
Helmets
There are generally two types of helmets in RuneScape, the full helmet and the medium helmet. The full helmet offers better defensive bonuses and give slight decreases to rangers. The medium helmet is a little less armoured than the full helmet, but rangers have no penalties from wearing these.
Shields
Like helmets, there are two types of shields, square shields and kite shields. Square shields have a good defence against stabbing and slashing attacks but have a low defence against crushing attacks. The kite shield has a higher defence against slashing and crushing attacks, but a lower defence against stabbing attacks. Note that you can’t have a shield equipped at the same time as a two-handed weapon, like the halberd. Magical staves are not considered two-handed and can be used with shields or other off-hand weaponry.
Chainmail
Chainmail is made out of small metal rings, and can absorb crushing and slashing attacks fairly well. However, it provides with a lower defence against stab based attacks. Chainmail provides no penalties for ranged attacks when worn.
Platemail
Platemail is a popular choice for warriors; it gives high defence to three of the most widely used attacks, stab, slash, and ranged. Platemail gives a lower defence against crushing attacks, and, being a metal armor, it has a bad defence against magic attacks.
Ranged armour
Ranged armour, leather through dragonhide, gives bonuses to ranged attack and defence. Dragonhide armour is most noted for its high defence against magical attacks. Being able to wear dragonhide armour can be valuable for a melee specialist since metal armour doesn’t hold up to spells very well.
Magic armour
Robes, while giving a high magic attack and defence, give no defencive bonus to melee and ranged attacks. Some armor, such as Ahrim’s and split bark, give some defence against melee attacks at the cost of a small amount of magical stats. Note that neither give defence bonuses to ranged attacks.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about combat.

I keep getting magic/ranged levels but my combat level isn’t increasing, why is that?
Your character is “based”, meaning that it is either melee, a ranger, or a mage. If your character is melee based, you will not get combat levels until you get enough levels in one of the other skills to change the base to either ranger or mage. 4/7 of the combat skills determine the base:
• Attack + Strength = Melee based
• Ranged = Ranger based
• Magic = Magic based
Note that the bases for mages and rangers are the same, while the one for melee is different. They are the same, meaning that if my ranged level is 49, I’d just need to get 1 level higher (level 50) in the magic skill to change my base. 49 range, 50 magic=mage based, 49 ranged, 48 magic=ranged based. Remember that the melee based skills can take over pretty quickly, so if you’re trying to stay ranger or magic based, use a combat calculator or just limit yourself in the melee skills.

There are guys that are level 40 that have red and black dragonhide armor, is that possible?
Yes, they’re pures. Being pure means that you keep one of the non-based skills, such as defence and prayer, down at 1-10 to keep your combat level lower. A level 55 pure with a dds (dragon dagger (p++), dragon dagger with super poison) would be much more combat efficient than a level 55 with a rune weapon. The pure would have 55+ strength and would hit 14+s with the dagger and the non-pure would be hitting 8s with a rune scimitar, at about 45 strength. Bear in mind that pures are pking characters, so have a good main account before you start a pure, if you want one that is.

Those monsters like Elvarg seem tough, they’re so high level! Would I be strong enough to win against one of them at level, say, 50?
Absolutely! Don’t be afraid of some of the “super high” level monsters, they aren’t that strong. I see countless posts on forums asking if they’re high enough to beat Elvarg. Just bring food and good armor and you’ll be fine. Don’t forget to train that magic level and bring teleportation runes, just in case.

Agility
Skill guides » Agility
Intro
Agility is a members only skill which allows you to swing ropes, climb over piles of rocks, squeeze through pipes, balance over logs and much more!

This skill also affects your energy. So, if you have a high agility level, your energy restores faster, which means that you will be able to run longer, so you can do more in less time. Also, many quests require agility skills.

Lastly, this skill can give you access to many areas, especially special training areas made for people with high agility! For instance, the Agility Dungeon in Yanille is a perfect place for people who love Herblore, and the training areas are of course less crowded!

Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
The Gnome Stronghold is the best place to train when you are level 1, and this is where most of the people start.

There are obstacles you will have to pass. The obstacles are explained below:
Cross the log balance carefully to start
Climb-over the obstacle net up to the tree platform
Climb the Tree Branch to get higher in the tree
Walk-on the Balancing Rope to get to the other side
Climb-Down the Tree Branch on the platform you’re standing on
Climb-Over the Obstacle Net (Don’t run around it!)
Squeeze-Through one of the Obstacle Pipes
You’re finished! Do it again if you wish to!
Remember to not listen to the gnomes, they just want you to do it faster. But they will always tell you the same things, so just ignore them and don’t get angry! Also, remember that you can’t fail any of the obstacles, so it’s not dangerous at all!

Here is the experience earned on the different obstacles and total course: Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
Obstacle Earned XP
Log Balance 7.5
Obstacle Net 7.5
Tree Branch 5
Balancing Rope 7.5
Tree Branch 5
Obstacle Net 7.5
Obstacle Pipe 7.5
Completion Bonus 45
Total Course XP 92.5
Note that to complete the lap, you will have to do the course in the order shown above, and you have to cross all obstacles only once.

Barbarian Outpost Agility Course
To do the Barbarian Outpost Agility Course, you will need Agility level 35. Also, you must have completed the Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl. Once you’ve completed it, you can enter the Agility Course by crawling through the Obstacle Pipe (This is not a part of the course!). The course is located northeast of the Tree Gnome Stronghold. [map].

Also, there are obstacles that are failable in this course, and you will have to do them again until you manage to pass through it!

The XP earned for each obstacle and total course is shown in the table below. Note that you will have to do it in the correct order to get a completion bonus! Also, the Obstacle Pipe is NOT a part of the course! Barbarian Outpost Course

Wilderness Agility Course
The Wilderness Agility Course is located deep in the Wilderness, level 50-55, so you should always look out for revenants and never bring anything valuable. Remember this:
A knife or sword to cut the webs. You will have to bank from time to time, either Mage Arena (suggested) or Ardougne. Both have nets you will have to cut.
Lots of decent food, if any PKers appear, or to heal yourself since many obstacles are failable
Boots of lightness (not needed, but very useful since it lowers your total weight)
NO ARMOUR (this would not be very useful anyway)
NO TELEPORT runes - you can’t teleport that deep in wilderness.

But should you train here? It is very dangerous, and you must always watch for danger. So why do people train here?

Well, you will get over 500 agility XP in one lap! So the Wilderness course is a very good way to earn experience if you’re willing to train that deep in the wilderness. Wilderness Course

Werewolf Agility Course & Skullball Course
This agility area is located east of Canifis [map], and you need the Ring or Charos from the Creature of Fenkenstrain Quest in order to enter the area. There are two courses here: The Skullball Course and the Main Course. In this section, you will find info on both of the courses.

The main course
The main course requires level 60 agility to enter, and this is the best agility course.

This course is somewhat different compared to other courses. The Agility Trainer throws a stick that you need to pick up behind the pipes, and bring back to him to get the experience reward. However, this course can be a bit dangerous.

Also, you should NOT bring weighty items while training, such as armour, sword, and other unnecessary items. Werewolf Course
Obstacle Earned XP Failable
Stepping Stones 10 (x5) No
Hurdles 20 (x3) No
Pipe 15 No
Skull Slope 25 Yes
Zip Line 300 Yes

Total Course XP 540 -

The Skullball course
On the east side of the dungeon, you can play the Skullball Course. This requires only level 25 in Agility. This is like progressive soccer, where you will have to kick the ball through 10 goals. There are 3 different options you can use to kick the ball, which is a skull in this game:
Tap - Moves the Skullball 1 square
Kick - Moves the Skullball 4 squares
Shoot - Moves the Skullball 10 squares
If you manage to complete the course within 3:30 mins, you will get 750 XP. From that time you will lose 3-4 XP every 3 seconds.

Brimhaven Agility Arena
The Brimhaven Agility Arena is located north-east in Brimhaven, which is a town on Karamja [map].

Cap’n Izzy No-Beard discovered the ancient ruins of a cavern full of platform exists. Now you can have fun training your agility, and this is one of the most exciting places to do it! To access, you will have to pay Cap’n Izzy 200gp. Also, it is suggested to bring lots of food, because all of the obstacles are failable! Lastly, teleport runes are a good idea, because you can accidentally run out of food, and then you will have to wait until you get more HP or take suicide!

The object of this game is to get to the red blinking arrow, and take a ticket at the dispenser. However, you will have maximum 60 seconds to get to the Ticket Dispenser before the arrow moves! When you are standing on the right platform, the arrow will be yellow.

You will get an Agility Ticket by clicking on the Ticket Dispenser if it’s the right one. (You won’t get a ticket from the first dispenser though).

To do the game easier for you, we have mapped the whole Arena. Note that this map is twice as big as real size. (200%)

If you fail, you will be hit between 2 and 6 HP. Note that if you have just a few HP, you will be hit less than if you had full HP!

Also, when your level increases, you will be able to cross more obstacles:
Green obstacles require agility level 1
Blue obstacles require agility level 20
Red obstacles require agility level 40
